The room was clean and comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. the location was fantastic, being close to Central Station and providing easy access to trains, metros, and buses. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making my stay more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's cafe offered delicious breakfast options.

the room key had issues and would often stop working, causing inconvenience.

It's my first option in Amsterdam, thank you. My 2 nights in Amsterdam were relaxing. The location was favourable, not too far from Air. I had facilities needed in my comfort queen room, including an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel television.

Location was fantastic, only a short walk to the central train station which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing great assistance with luggage and arranging taxis. The room was clean and had adequate facilities like plenty of plug sockets and a fan, and they even had items to borrow like an iron if needed.

The place was BRILLIANT and relaxing and the staff were accommodating, the location was perfect close to everything. The room was stylish and the bathroom was clean, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfasts were fresh made and healthy with freshly pressed Orange juice and cake. I was there for 2 nights and would book again.

The location of Exchange was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and all the major landmarks. The room was basic but clean, and the balcony with a view of the main street was a big plus. Despite the small bathroom, the shower was great. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and affordable price.

Every detail in this hotel was great, I really enjoyed staff and location. Very clean beds, a laptop-size safe, an ironing set and an electronic key card were a nice touch. It was a very pleasant stay, you could leave a car nearby.

The coffee bar has an indulgent breakfast menu of locally made and healthy products, including home-made cakes, coffee, freshly made sandwiches, hotdogs, and coffee-based cocktails. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except the candy was delicious breakfast options. The perfect start to a day of exploring Amsterdam!

Bathrooms quite small.

Centrally located and pleasantly decorated, these rooms are worth a stay. Views are exceptional and beds are comfortable. Friendly staff are available to assist with baggage storage and room cleaning. This quirky, college-student designed hotel is definitely worth the visit. Great location near museums, train station, and food options.

The hotel had a unique design and the staff was friendly. I was upgraded to a deluxe room for my anniversary and the surprise was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Oh well, the deluxe room was so tiny that I felt like a giant. But who needs space when you have love?

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. its location was unbeatable. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, it made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

Always my choice. Staff printed tickets first stay. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, flat-screen TV, air conditioning. Coming back for Easter.

The room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the lively Damrak street. It felt like we were part of a performance with the unique crinoline frame that covered the bed. The special seating and tables designed by Dutch artists added a touch of luxury to our stay. As someone who appreciates quirky design and a good view, I absolutely loved it.

The concept of lowering a crinoline frame to cover the bed wasn't really my thing, but I can see how some people might enjoy it.

During our stay at Hotel The Exchange, we were delighted by the convenience of its location. Not only was it within a short walking distance to all the well-known museums and attractions, such as the Anne Frank house, Heineken Brewery, and the Artis Zoo, but there was also a dock from where we could easily embark on a boat tour along the famous canals. Additionally, we had the unique experience of mixing in with Humanwear models backstage at a FAUX show, which added an extra touch of excitement to our family trip.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly amenities, such as a play area or organized activities suitable for their age group.
